I was a notorious thief in this village. Everyone knows me and it was hard for me to change. I extend my thieving to neighbouring villages and was enjoying it. I am married to a beautiful wife but yet still never satisfied. I was an adulterer and was taking it as a fun. When I started listening to the proclaimer I was somehow confused. When we got  to Luke Ch. 8 vs 15 – 18 I saw myself in it and my conscience couldn’t help me. There and then I made my confession to the group and started a new life. I never went to school but because I always use the proclaimer I now understand the word of God so much that I now memorize them in my language. I now go to surrounding villages preaching God’s word using the proclaimer and many people have come to know God through the proclaimer. People refuse to elieve that I did not go to school because of the way I handle the preaching of God’s word.

I was a Muslim and I mean a very renown muslim scholar in and around the village. I learned to read Arabic long ago and was in – charge of calling prayers in the mosque. I know a lot about islam. I was going to the listening sessions just to see what is going on. I was listening and following through the Bible and when we got to Act of the Apostles ch. 9 that was when I was moved. Paul’s example moved me a lot though it was not easy for me to make my decision but I realized that Christianity is a true religion and the right one for me. If God can do it for Paul then he can do it for me and I will benefit from his word. That was how I became a Christian. I now work for God with my whole self and there is no turning back as I am seeing the miracles God is doing for me and my family in this village.

Our Community is a Methodist community. We do not have a resident Pastor. Since Ansu has been visiting our village, I decided to join them in listening to God’s word which has helped me a lot. I walk four miles from my village and four miles back to listen to the proclaimer. It has help mould my life and I am pleading for you to make one available for our village and community.

I was having problems in my home. My husband was not cooperating anymore, he did not want to see even the children. Satan was in complete control of him. I was devastated. I have no one to turn to until one afternoon I saw him in the house which was unusual. He invited me to join him to a meeting not knowing that it was a listening session with the proclaimer. When we started to listen the changes started to come, he began to ask about the children’s education and finally he was moved and touched. He said to me “darling I know I have hurt you a lot, please forgive me”. That was how the proclaimer helped bring peace to my home and lovely family.

I learned the Koran and have been a Muslim for most of my life. Although I did not go to school but I enjoy listening to the proclaimer in a language I understand better. As a result my life is now transformed and free from sin and has been saved. I got my conviction through John Ch. 3. I am proud to say I am now a Christian.

I came from a village where there is no Church and I fell ill but with continuous Listening and Prayer with the Proclaimer I got my healing and I am now ready to go back to my village to start a listening group there to help my people. The proclaimer is a very good weapon for salvation.

I was a Muslim and an Islamic tutor and leader and I was staying very close to my friend who always try to invite me to join their listening group. He said it is nothing bad for me to hear God’s word in my language. I took the challenge and went to join them on one of the sessions. It was there I got my  conviction and I am now a Christian waiting for my baptism.

I was going through a lot of difficulties and temptation.  I was finding itvery difficult to forgive and I always lie to my wife and family. After continuously listening to the proclaimer I got challenged and I decided to change my life and that has helped me and my family to grow in the lord. I now pray every day with my family. I have forgiven all those who I taught where my enemies. I visited them and asked them to forgive me. I thank God for this Proclaimer.

The Imam at the mosque in the community is staying close to our church.  He has three wives and was having serious problem in the family. He came to us in the evening as we were listening and said “Pastor I enjoy listening to this equipment you are using with your people. I have been listening through my window for quite sometime and have been blessed through it. I am having a problem with my family and I need your intervention if not my family will tear apart. Can you please come to my house with this equipment and help me solcve the problem”? So Myself and Pastor with his wife went with him. We started by praying and all of them answered “Amen” at the end of the prayer. We start to listen and at the end address the problem with that family. The Imam was so joyfull that he made this statement. “I am now an old man and it hard for me to make a dsecision to follow your religion but I will ask my children to join your group and you help mould their lives through your religion for me.

My child was sick and I was advice to take her to the native doctor in the village. I sat down in front of the church while listening was going on. My friend said to me let us join these people as we are waiting for your husband to come with the money. I reluctantly walked in. To my greatest surprise as the listening was going on I saw the child laughing and start to play. Then I explained to the group what had happened. All of them prayed for the child and she received her healing. Since that time I joined the church. Now I am a devoted Christian and my child is li  ving in peace.

“I am leaving in a house where the entire household is Muslims. My husband died a longtime ago and left me with his relations. Survival was not easy. I had to talk to the kids all the time and encourage them. Pst Joshua visited us and asked us to join the listening group and I did.  I went there with my family. Since then the listening has helped me a lot to be content with whatever I have. My family is now a blessed family and we are now Christians. We are enjoying the benefit of God’s Word. We are trying hard to get the others on board as God has told me to convert the others in the compound.

I thank God for what he has done in my life through the proclaimer. My life has been blessed and I learnt a lot to be a people’s servant through the proclaimer. When I was about to move to this house, the community people told me that the area where the house was situated was possessed by demons. They said I should not stay there. Since I was coming from a Muslim background and the entire area is muslim dominated I said okay I would not move there. I explained to my friend Sis. Rosetta Sesay who told me to join the listening group. After joining them I realized that God is bigger than what the people were saying so I decided to move in. Since I went there nothing whatsoever has happened. I learned to pray through the proclaimer and my Muslim mother too has now joined me in our morning devotions. God has done it for me throughout my life he has been so good but I did not realize it until after joining the group. My transformation from University to Head teacher to Councilor has all been the Lords doing.

My daughter was full of fear in the house even I her mother she was afraid of. Everybody in the house observed that and I did not know what to do. Being a Muslim I was asked to see the Native Doctor but I refused to go with her. I joined the listening group in February and have learnt a lot about healing and prayer. One night the situation was worst and it was late so I have to decide my mind and start to pray in the name of Jesus and my Sister join me in the prayers and it was a joy to see my child been delivered that very moment. She stop crying and the entire house was shocked and my husband ask what did you do to stop her crying and I said to him the Lord did it for me. He asked what Lord and I explained about our listening group and he said I will not join you but please continue to be in that group and take the child along whenever you are going to listen.

I was not having forgiving spirit in me and I love to consult the native doctor (Juju Man) at I first I believe they were the only one that could help me better. When I joined the group It was like something was telling me “I have to give up every evil thing I was doing” then I realize that indeed this proclaimer is the real word of God. I then repent and asked God to forgive me in one of our sessions and since then I start to enjoy peace of mind and friendliness amongst colleagues. I am now a believer and there is no turning back. I need the proclaimer to go to my village where there are lot of bad people who needed the word badly.

The proclaimer has brought togetherness in our community. Most of us were not finding tiome to listen or read God’s word but with this proclaimer we have learn a lot and aour faith has grown. My family is now together and we are all God’s chosen people.

Love and Harmony now prevails in my family. I was hot tempered and very moody. I always like to be in control and on top of every decision in the home. Members of the family did not like what I was doing and every one avoided me and abandoned me. When they joined the listening group I was teasing them until one day, I think that was God telling me to go and listen to his word. Since I started listening I have found peace, joy, love and harmony within myself and the family. We are all living in love now and are zealous for the Word of God especially when it is in our heart language.

Satan was Controlling me. I was really influenced by Satan. At times I will just be thinking evil, I move around doing all sort of bad things in this village. It was more like I was cursed. I do not have any friends because they all see me as evil doer. I was passing one morning when I heard this thing (proclaimer) talking my language Kuranko and I was amazed so I had to stop and join them in listening. After the session I asked them when next are they were going to listen. They told me so I joined them for all the other sessions until one morning we were listening to the story of Saul persecuting the Christians and his transformation. I just saw myself in it so I openly confessed at the end of the session and asked God for forgiveness. I now go around the village apologizing to all those that I may have hurt during my satanic ways and tell them that I am now a Christian and a true follower of Christ.

"I am the group leader and we were happily enjoying the proclaimer until one afternoon I set it on the roof top to charge with the solar. When I went to check for the proclaimer after three hours to start our session it was missing. I was shocked and so was all of us in the group. It was then we decided to search the entire village for the proclaimer. After a thorough search we discovered the equipment was being used in the community mosque in our area. We thought they were listening to see if they could damage it or get rid of it but it was not so. The Imam came to us asking for other copies for him to use in other mosques in the community. It was then we realized that the proclaimer was doing its work of even winning the Muslims in their large numbers."
